Assembly in Bluefields

This is our little group from Corn Island that made the trip to the main land in Blue Fields. 14 in total. We even had one get baptized! ( Herania Woo - sister in the front with the black top and gray skirt )

The assembly hall was all opened but had a roof - this is Isaac giving a talk.

The two kids in the middle are Casey and Zaid - twins from Corn Island- and some fellow buddies

The sisters here are from the Miskito group in Blue Fields with a few of the studies that came. The sister in black is a special pioneer with her husband and are the ones that gave us the dictionary and grammer book in Miskito. We look forward to seeing them again in April for our next assembly.

Danielle's little followers - they were in love with her!!

One night Danielle and I went out for pizza ( yum ) with Isaac, Laura, Ian Hunter ( a brother from the branch comitee who gave all the new release talks ) and our circut overseers the Mercados. We really had an amazing time and look forward to the Mercados visit in a few weeks and Ian's when he gives the dedication talk coming up this spring.

Marcia, a sister from our hall and I

Some young sisters from our circut

Fatima and her son Nelson whom we stayed with. They were so awesome to put up with us for the week. I think we are going to stay with them for the next assembly in April.

Danielle and a little friend

Katy, Danielle and I

Meet Abel, and a drawing of himself. Abel is a little buddy in our congregation - him and his sister Vasti traveled on the boat from Corn Island to Blue Fields with us and he only threw up 1 time.

Abel sat on my lap for the drama because we were nice and close.

The drama

This is the idol from the drama and the boy who delivers it. We were having so much fun with the coconut idol - making it talk and taking pictuers with it.... Its such an ugly looking thing!

This is Reina and her granddaughter Katy. Reina studies with Laura and is progressing very well. She is Miskito and is willing to help us with the language. It was so nice to have her at the assembly!
Since the boats only travel once a week to Corn Island, we had to stay in Blue Fields for a full week. We went to a near by brothers house for the bookstudy - It was the last bookstudy for us in a house before the new meetings changed.
thanks everyone for being interested in our lives here - Lynette and the girls
